- إذا كانت السلعة  يوجد بها عيب  او حتى لا تطابق وصف الموقع ( يلزم ابلاغنا فوراً ) ، يكون لك حق استرجاعها او إستبدالها  ويتحمل متجر فلور كامل تكاليف التوصيل الخاصه بالطلب ، وفي حال كان العميل يود استرجاع الطلب سوف يرد له ثمن السلعة بالإضافة إلى تكلفة التوصيل التي قام بدفعها عند الشراء.
